    Existing reveals or a full pull-out. We flash it correctly and leave the interior looking like it was always this way.

    New construction

    New openings for builders and homeowners adding on. We show up when the framing is ready, not three weeks later.

    French, sliding, and stacking units that actually roll. Thresholds that don’t collect water. Hardware that doesn’t rattle.

    Fogged double glazing, safety glass, acoustic packages, and tougher glass for the rooms that need it.

03 How we work

You get a crew, not a call centre.

TrueLine is a window shop, not a lead mill. The person who measures your openings is on the job the morning we install. Trim is cut on site. We haul away the old units. Floors are covered. You get a written warranty and a number that rings a real phone.

04 The process

Four steps. No mystery timeline.

  1. Measure

    We walk the house, check flashing and sills, and confirm what can stay in the reveal versus a full replacement.

  2. Spec

    Glass package, frame colour, grids, hardware. You see the quote in writing before anything is ordered.

  3. Install

    Typical whole-home jobs finish in one to three days. One crew stays until the last stop is in.

  4. Walkthrough

    We operate every sash with you, leave the warranty packet, and schedule any follow-up before we leave.
